August 28th – “A Night With Matt & Volunteers”

On Saturday, August 28th @ 6pm, we are going to have a special worship experience for all of our volunteers @ Journey Church. We will spend this time worshiping God & giving Him praise for the momentum He has given our church and I will be presenting a special message you don’t want to miss! This night is going to be incredible, so if you are in on the vision & are currently a volunteer, mark your calendars! We are in the midst of a movement that will sweep Davie County for the glory of God!

September 1st – Student Takeover Begins!

Student Takeover is a unique worship experience that challenges students to make Jesus famous. The building opens at 5:30pm for students to hang out, do homework, play games (such as board games, video games, pool, air hockey, Ping Pong, foosball, etc.) The worship experience begins at 6:30 & parents can pick their kids up anytime between 7:30-8:00pm.

September 3rd – Davie High Football Stadium Cleanup

September 5th – Church Wide Shrimp Boil

September 10th – Davie High Football Stadium Cleanup

September 19th – GroupLink

On Saturday, September 19th, Journey Church will host our very first GroupLink.  Attendees will enjoy a relaxed atmosphere where they meet and talk with their fellow future Connect Group Members and Leaders.  Come prepared to laugh, share, build community, eat free food, and begin a deeper walk with God through people that who are excited about what God is doing at Journey Church.  GroupLink will begin at 5pm sharp and we will finish by 7pm.
